Excellent Ramblas Stay
convenient location daily cleaning helpful staff tidy room
The location was excellent. I found the proximity to the metro station very convenient for getting around. My room was cleaned daily. This kept everything very tidy. The staff members I encountered were helpful.

The hotel is situated directly on La Rambla, and I could easily access various attractions. the hotel is close to a metro station, so convenient transportation was available. I walked to many places of interest.

There is a functional elevator available , nice for smooth access to higher floors with luggage. The hotel also features a reception desk operating 24/7. This offers continuous assistance. Daily housekeeping maintains the premises.

extra charge in-room inconvenience
the location provided easy access to the tube.
the room lacked a kettle for tea or coffee. breakfast was an extra charge, and i found that inconvenient. the option for in-room tea or coffee should be standard.

convenient stay
convenient location quirky decor
the location was very convenient (right on the ramblas). the hotel has a lovely bar area with quirky decor. i appreciated the clean and spacious room with a good shower that included soap and shampoo.
the air conditioning wasn't very strong. the room felt a bit warm since the weather was over +27 degrees.

the hotel is right on the main road, ramblas. the metro liceu station is next to it. the market is also easily accessible, just a few minutes away (a great plus!).

poor soundproofing unresponsive staff
the location was acceptable it was easy to reach many attractions
my experience was disappointing the room was small and the soundproofing was not good i did not sleep well also the entrance area looked unclean and not well maintained it did not give a good first impression. i paid cash at check-in but a payment guarantee hold is still active on my card after two weeks. i contacted the hotel many times but they were completely unresponsive.
